ad delivery and **** customer service

I had made a order on the 24th of November it is not the 16th of December and i have not gotten it. No sms, call or mail about my order that i had made. I have miss placed the order number and have called into customer service and even gone onto the website to get assistance and not to mention going to the store where i have asked for it to be delivered. The website has rejected me everytime i have tried to make contact with them. No one has been able to help me and this was my last resort to get any help.

I am very disappointed in the way that customer service have treated me and how they have no care in what has to be done.
