ACS Credit collectors calling me "Difficult"!!!???

First of all, I find it very disrespectful that Nirvashnee Naidoo from ACS Credit collectors(Which is Mr Price's credit collectors) called me "difficult". If that is how you guys operate, you will be hearing from my lawyer very soon, since it is ****ING poor service. I was only asking for feedback, and then it's said that " the customer is being very difficult". It is not my problem that Mr Price cannot do their jobs!! I have proof of this as well, so all I'm saying now is good luck to you!!!
