ACS and Mr Price worst customer service experience

Worst experience ever. Received an email from them for my Mr Price account that was in arrears. After sending Mr Price numerous emails to make a payment arrangement to no avail. The email received from ACS does not look legit at all. No contact nr no email. Just a message to pay my installment into their account with spelling mistakes. No legal letter attached. When contacting Mr Price they only refer me back to ACS with no further assistance. I want to know what is my closing balance and what I should do to close this account.
