got my account on the 13/01 on email ... printed it ... paid it on the 15/01

This incompetand people starts phoning me yesterday .... Amount on the bill was ????? was paid on the 15th now i am R203.40 in arrears ..... but if i lock onto my mr price account i am not in arrears ...

HOW ???? SERIOUSLY ????

so the people know how a account works??? do they know anything >>>> INCOOMPETENT USELESS PAHETIC EMPLOYEES

and now the terrorizing will start with their phone calls, emails and messages ...... and it will keeep on going and going and going
