accusing minors of *****ing

On Sunday the 22 March 2015 my wife had sent my daughter into Mr.Price to check for clothing. Whilst my daughter and her companion were looking at the dress jewelry the floor staff member approached the two 12 year old girls one of them being my daughter, he accused them of *****ing 5 rings. The manager was called and allowed the kids to leave, I then went to the store to find out what happened and the floor staff member insisted that the kids took the rings. Upon the kids checking the rack 2 rings had fallen off the card n onto the ground. Another 3 rings were found under the jewelry stand, I am very upset because we were embarrassed in front of so many customers, I'm also not happy that the male staff member was following the girls in the store which I feel is harassment and its against the law to question minors in the absence of the parent. I'm also unhappy that he accused the kids of *****ing before they walked out the store and only to find that the merchandise had fallen off the rack and the staff failed to investigate before attacking the little girls.
