Accused of theft by Mr price employees

I've had a bad experience with Mr Price Bridgecity branch. Mr T Biyela who was working as the security on the 13th Jan 2024 around 12:54. Approached me in front of other customers in a very embarrassing manner. Pointing at the shoes I was wearing shouting that he demands a proof of payment. When I tried to explain to them that the shoes were bought to days ago he continued shouting that he doesn't care when the shoes were bought but demands a proof of payment. I fortunately found the emailed slip on my phone and proved my innocent .I'm still traumatized by that experience. I can't help but wonder what would happen to me if didn't find that slip. PAM the Manager who was working on that day tried to calm the situation but I was not satisfied at all after the embarrassing moments .
