Good Day

Would like to know how long does it take to get an account with you guys, I have been trying for 3 weeks now to open an account and nothing is happening. The first day I went to open an account I talked to a guy and he gave me a pamphlet to fill in to open an account, I filled in all the necessary info and the guy told me that i will receive a SMS about my account. When I walked away I saw the guy trowing my paper in a box on the ground. I waited a week and no SMS was sent to me. I went back after the week and a lady helped me, I asked her ' I would like to know what is happening about my account' , she told me that there is no paper work about my account. I told her that there was a guy that helped me and when i walked away I saw him throwing it in a box on the floor. She told me she is actually the one that does the accounts and that the guy never told her about that. I filled in all the info in again this time the lady made me do it on the tablet and that i will receive a SMS, another week went by and NO SMS. I went back again and there was another guy that i asked the same thing that i asked the lady and he told me she is not the one doing the accounts HE IS THE ONE doing the accounts. I told him that he is the 2nd person telling me they are actually doing the accounts, he suddenly turns around and helps the other people and left me there with no answers and I decided to walk out cause that service is unacceptable. I will never go back to Secunda Mall Mr Price and will not advise that MR PRICE to anyone.
