Account still open after I closed it in Dec 2019

I tried to close my account over the phone. But After being on the phone for 10 MINUTES I got cut off to no surprise. So with not having the time to go to mr Price to do it in person, I did so on 29 Dec 2019. My account was paid in full. To my surprise I received a statement in January and off course with new charges for just being open. I went back to Mr Price Paarl where I closed my account VERY UPSET. The manager there was very helpful. She showed me the proof that my documents were in order and that is was faxed to head office ON THAT SAME DAY!!! She phoned head office on my behalf but after a few minutes I told her I DO NOT have the time to stand around and wait. She said she will phone me back as soon as she spoke to head office. True to her word, she did and told me it was a fault from head office and head office will contact me to sort it out. She did give me a name but I can't remember who. So to no surprise I received another bill this month AGAIN with new charges. And offcourse head office didnt call me. I'm sure it is against the law to keep my account open and charge me for it!! I'm furious!!!
