Account *******

I have been paying my account consistently and on time but every time the statement comes back the amount to paying had increased and no one explains why that is, I decided to settle the account finally in the middle of August but I just recieved a statement saying I still owe R189 on the account. This is totally a day light ******* and it's has been going on for a while now!!!
