Can the accounts department please explain how is that I paid over R2000 into my account however the instalment does not change.How is instalment calculated.I am also not happy with Whatsapp agent Nomah she had no empathy at all and was quick to close the chat without detailed explanation and did not ask if I have any further enquiries.
