Account Payment not reflecting on my account

I payed my Mr Price account on their app (which I would not recommend, I’ve since realised it malfunctions) in May and till today the payment is not reflecting on my statements. I have called multiple times and emailed my proof of payment as requested multiple times, but still nothing has changed. My account is now in arrears because of this problem. Mr Price please fix this issue!
