Account Issues

<p>In Jan 2016, I asked that my Polices be cancelled on my Mr Price account, since nothing was done i went into Cape Gate Store April 4th 2016. i changed my surname and cancelled my policies. Nothing happed until Junes when i called Mr Price and then they had to refax the page in where i cancelled, however you guys recieved my change of surname paper just fine! today 12th September i get a sms stating you will hand me over as i R1100 due. Which if you go look at my account is all just policies that needed to be cancelled since April!!!!! I called your your call centre and as usual they can not help me, and try to transfer me to your insurance department that doesnt answer calls!!!! I want my name and account cleared or else i will be taking this legaly futher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
