Account in arrears

I would like to enquire would I be able to shop with my mrp account once paid in full or when I'm no longer in arrears. On my statement it states that I dont have any credit available, I understand that this is because I'm in arrears, but will I have credit again, because I do make a payment every month or will my account be closed once paid in full?
