Account in arears

I have been retrenched as of December 2015. For 3 month I was not able to make payments to my account due to no income. Mr.Price has been calling me continuously asking me for payments, when I have explained to them over and over again, that I couldn't due to retrenchment. I was able to make the first payment of the minimum installment amount of R240.00 on the 26/02/2016, as arranged with Mr.Price, as this was all I could afford. Today, 07/03/2016, I recieve a phonecall from Mr.Price debt department, telling me that I need to make a full payment by end of today as my account is still in arrears. I am so tired of them calling me, I know my account is in arrears, I did make a payment, I cannot afford to pay more than what was arranged for! How many times fdo I need to explain this! This is so upsetting. I want Mr.Price to understand that I am making my payments again, and can only afford a to pay a small amount, as I have been through a very tough patch!!!!
