Account Department

<p>I have only realized last month on my statement that my returns are not reflecting on my monthly statement. I send and e-mail to the help e-mail and they said that the accounts department will get back to me but nothing happend. This month when I received my statement again, I see that it still hasn't been rectified and they are still charging me interest on the higher amount. Even though I keep following up each day, I still get ignored. This is truly awfull customer service. I don't know anymore what to do or who to contact if the accounts department at Mr Price does not have the decency to get back to me. This has been carrying on for a whole month now. At this stage I am beyond frustrated. Surely there should be someone in your financial department that has the decency to get back to me. Why ddoes it take more than a month for the accounts department to get back to me. It is truly unfair that I have to pay back a interest rate that is calculated incorrectly. </p>
