Account decline for no reason

Account declined for no reason at all, I know my credit profile is not bad so what reason can mr price have to decline me? I wanted to open a sheet street account but apparently they are part of the Mr Price group, I always buy at mr price or sheet street but if that is their attitude towards customers I would rather shop at @home or something!! Very dissapointed!!
