Account complain

Hello Peter please help me i have opened an account on mr price on june they gave me the card as well as mr price mobile. My complain is that after i bought clothes with that account i left R200. When i want to buy again with that money it was no more there. they took R200 on that account and contacted them they said they will give it back last month (July). I checked it today its not there and i paid the installment today. Please help, i have tried with them.
