Account Closure Issues

I am busy trying to close my Mr Price Account however they state I owe R69.85 before I can close it however on my side I have paid everything at it literally shows -R0.15 on my account. I queried it saying this amount is not showing and they state its insurance and interest however my insurance is R6.50 and everything else would only come to R33 altogether if they wanting to bill me for the next month in advance before cancelling. I am trying to cancel it before heading it to the next month but now they want to esculate it which can take 24-48 hrs. I do not agree with how they handle account closures as I also belive they should send a closure account statement for you to physically see and not say you owe them when you can see you don't owe them. I also tried contacting the insurance a few days back to cancel the lost card protection plan but they didn't bother to respond to me. The reason I am also deciding to cancel is because while I kept up to date with payments they would automatically increase my credit limit without my permission and I would get sms's saying I can apply for one but I never put in the request to do so because I never needed a higher limit. I started with a R1200 limit and ended up on R1860 which R340 increase that I never asked for.
