Account closure

To whom it may concern

I have had an account with Mr Price for about two years now.

Three months ago I paid off my account and requested for my account to be closed and to receive my paid up letter.

Alas, nothing has happened. In the three months the interest accumulated on my account and I paid this at the end of this month.

Please may someone help me! I cant seem to be able to close this account and I am not receiving any communication or help from Mr Price.
