Account Cancellation

<p>I cancelled my account with Mr Price on the 5th January. Nothing has been done just as yet but I received a bill that I owe them R110.50. I paid my account in full in december to close the account, but it seems nothing has been done. I phoned on the 19th January to sort the matter out, I was told to email service@mrpgroup,com to cancel my accout. It is the 23rd today but no progress yet again. I guess if I let it go again next month I'm going to get another bill because someone is not doing their job, </p>
