I'm disappointed. I went to Mr Price carlton centre branch beginning of 2019. I wanted to apply for an account. I was earning 14 000 rand and believed I would be considered for credit The rep there asked me to email financial documents and I filled I a form. Happy I left, as a financially conscious individual I can pinpoint a lot of advantages associated with credit. Fast forward one and a half years later, I still havnt received feedback. I am still without a credit score which I hoped to establish and develop upon activating at Mr Price. I earn a healthy income..I even now run a thriving business yet i am no longer confident to apply for credit online. I still buy my things cash. Maybe as a legal foreing national I do not qualify. Some feedback would have been appreciated. Well, you missed out on a lucrative client. In future please ensure client applications are held preciously by your staff as your future success is in business development ie, new clients.
