Account activation never occured

I initially app**** for a sheet Street accoun online, upon completion I received a text telling me to forward my bank and work details which I promptly fowarded, then the circus begun, my first upload was said to be \ unclear\" I resend diffrent images which apparently never reached these guys, after 5 days I emailed to ask what's goin on was told they couldn't download the images, out of anger I went to sheetstreet Jubilee mall during easter, on Sunday to be exact and the ladies there took my bank statement and faxed in my presence, Tuesday after holiday I emailed and was told, surprise surprise, my documents were not clear, an altenative that i was given to sent the documents over whatsapp wasn't appealing to me for obvious security concerns, I went to jubilee mall againbon Friday filled in a new account application and I am still waiting to hear if account has been created, its a big dissapointment to have a genuine customer have to go through all those unecessary hoops for him to add business to your company, if anythingbit should be the other way round "
