Absolutely terrible service
I wrote a review last week me price responded saying they would contact me. No one has contacted me. I am waiting for my order *** which on the tracking status shows shipped since the 30 August. I am leaving for overseas on Thursday morning and need this item before I go.what is wrong with this company

09 Sept 2022, 10:26I am still waiting for my order that was shipped on 30th August my daughter is leaving for Canada today and had to take the item with her as it was a present for my grandson. I am do so disappointed. Could you please cancel the order and give me a refund ***
