Absolutely REVOLTING service!!!
I received a notification yesterday and today that my order was ready to be collected @ your Northmead Branch.
Today I went to collect...... Only to stand in a queue and once I got to the front I was asked with the most disgusting attitude what I wanted.
How did she assist the people infront of me????
When I told this cashier that I had come to collect my order then I was informed that you were offline!!!?????
I had told her I already paid for the order and her words were "it doesn't matter". She had a disgusting attitude and was acted like she was doing me a favour! She should really not be "assisting" customers!
I asked when you would be back online and she couldn't answer.....she didn't ask..... She wasn't trying to be nice about it. AND no one can call me to let me know when I can pick up my PAID for order??
