Absolutely pathetic customer service!!!

Once again I use this platform to complain about the very unprofessional Mr Price whatsapp line! what a way to service your customers! pathetic if you ask me. Has the agents been on training? doesn't feel like it. They NEVER NEVER resolve queries according to the customers satisfaction. Quick to close the calls and take FOREVER to respond! disgusted with this service received on multiple occasions!!!! Who manages this line as I'm not getting any response from them either. no apologies.... I wouldn't even rate the line a start as that one is way too much!
