Absolutely Furious!!!! MRP

I am absolutely disgusted and furious with the appalling service received by Mr Price. I have been an account holder with Mr Price for many years and I had wanted to settle my account with them. On 2018-01-06 I had gone to the MRP Church Street branch uptown in Pietermaritzburg. At MRP I was given the settlement amount by cashier Dhanashree Dhewakaran which was R2951.95 , I had paid the settlement amount and I was told by her to go to another lady sitting down to be put on the phone with Customer care to assure me that the account is closed. I was then told that the phone lines are down in the store and the lady gave me the Customer care line number to which I had called the next day. Customer care had told me that I still owed a further amount of R16.50 that was supposedly for some customer protection plan and I had to pay before the account was closed. I proceeded to Mr Price Church Street Pmb again on the 2018-01-13 to pay the R16.50. I stood in the long queue again, paid the R16.50 and was given forms to fill in to cancel the premium... I was assured by assistant Nwabisa Chiya that the account will now be closed . Today 2018-03-16 have received an sms that shows my acc is in arears and that I owe a further amount of R41.50 . I Refuse to pay this amount as I am not liable for it and I demand that the account be closed as of immediate effect. I am definitely going to escalate this matter if it is not resolved.!!!
