Absolutely frustrated and disappointed with online and call centre agent

Good Day Online shopping order number is ***, 4X SINGLE BONDED AFRAME,according to me AFRAME means cami, or bra, also from the pic, nowhere on the order does this item say G-String, unless there is something wrong with comprehension. Yesterday when the ordered was delivered there was 4 G-Strings according to me thats not what I ordered and i want this item to be returned. I spoke to call centre agent Lungise, she tells me i ordered G- Strings again I will confirm that I am not a first time online shopper or account holder. If the online tech has made a mistake with description, I as a loyal customer should not and will not bear the brunt of someone else failure to comprehend the different between this 2 items. I demand that this be rectified at the branch I picked up my order from. My Cell is ***.
