Absolutely disgusting customer service

After being on hold on three different phone calls for +/- 20 mins each, sending out multiple emails and connecting via whatsapp, I received no feedback on my query. When I finally did, the consultant cut me off half way. They are really fast to send out promotions and help me start my account, sell a bunch of add ons to me and THEN they can phone me 15 times a day- but there after absolutely no help or assistance what so ever.
