Absolutely disgusted
<p>I made an purchase on the Mr Price app on the 8th December and the funds were processed through my bank account on the 10th December and I STILL don't have my order. I was informed that there do not have any record of my order. I have my order number and proof that funds were deducted from my account. I bought the show for my daughter to wear to church on Christmas morning. I want my flippen order immediately and odnt want to hear no **** stories </p> <p> </p> <p>App Order number ********** 46433</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this resloved urgently </p>

So I take it this will only be resolved AFTER Christmas or probably in the new year. So my daughter will not have shoes to wear to church on Christmas morning. If you cannot have my delivery before Christmas please refund my money and I hope to God it wont take 5-7 working days to reflect

So now my order is showing as cancelled on the app. Now what the F is going on. Somebody was supposed to contact me but still nothing and now it's cancelled. I have never experexperienced such atrocious service from Mr Price ever. My closest store is either Westwood or Musgrave Centre both these do not have the shoe in size 1 hence I bought it on the app. Now who the F is going to tell my child that the shoe that she loves she cant wear to church on Christmas day because Mr Price F'd up the order and are doing absolutely nothing about it.
