Absolutely disappointed!

I went to Mr Price Clothing on Saturday the 28th to pay my a count.I wanted to purchase it should up was told by the cashier I can't purchase with my ID. <br> I asked her to keep it aside as I would collect it within the next day or 2. I completely forgot and I phoned today to hear if my items are still bring kept side as I would go and collect it today. I spoke to a gentleman Mr Nhlanhla and he asked the cashier and she had no idea what I was talking about.<br> How hard was it for them to keep the items and just phone me? Why do they even take a patients number?<br> I am so disappointed as I wanted to purchase the items. Now this gentleman told me I must go into the store and look around if my items are on the floor hanging back up!<br> Excuse me but I do work till 5 and I have a family to see to! <br> Never thought I would have this problem!
