Absolutely bull****

Mr Price. I placed an order last Sunday for one simple pair of shoes and even payed extra for the so called express service. That means my order is supposed to have arrived by latest Friday. It’s now s full week and still nothing. I want a refund so I can go find somewhere else more reliable. I know it’s nearing Christmas but that is why I placed an order early enough to have my stuff arrive. Somebody please give me my money back. This is pathetic.
