A2b services added without permission

A2b insurance was randomly added to my account i joined mr price last year and told the lady over the phone im not interested after a month of having my account i agreed to funeral cover and that was it 3 months down the line mr price add a2b cover without a call without a message without my permission im struggling to cancel this since january i have received an email saying 30 days notice applys and it will be cancelled we are in april and this is still on my account. I have no record of my side accepting this service but still someone added it and now no1 is removing it what can we do the get refunded and this service deleted *** *** i need some kind of communication emails send to cancelinsurance info and customer services
