A2B insurance I didn't sign up for

About a few weeks ago I received smses about an A2B insurance which seemingly I app**** for and I don't remember doing such a thing. Now I am faced with statements including payments that have this insurance. I'm under the impression that my personal information is safe with you guys. I'm disappointed that I am signed up for something I know nothing about. Please have this rectified as soon. As possible
