A very very bad experience, I bought my daughter a cell phone one month ago

A very very bad experience, I bought my daughter a cell phone one month ago. I took their contract for R99 data and airtime. Now I received a bill where my daughter have purchased for more than R200. I tried to call them on their 064 number which does not even ring. I'm really disappointed with their head office or call center. They are a real disappointment to the people or sales people in their respective shops. Either they provide training to their call center consultants and head office or ship out. They are a burden to their employees in the shops.
