A Service Worthy of Compliments

I would like to complement the staff of Mr Price store at Brits Mall. As someone who uses this service a lot, mostly to complain I felt I needed to also acknowledge good service when I receive one. I stopped shopping at the store a while back due to its chaotic state as far as packing was concerned. It was so hard to find what I wanted and the staff was never helpful. However last week I accompanied my friends who obviously where not dissuaded by my past experience with the store. My jaw dropped when I saw the new transformation, the store I knew was no longer there, in its place was a neat, organised and customer-friendly place. Although I was never going to buy anything, I could not resist the urge to try on a nice t-shirt that caught my eye. I asked to see the manager to complement her on the makeover. Keep it up.. this is what I call exceptional customer service.
