A customer champion at Mr Price. Help me applaud Craig Reddy for his tireless service

People, after dropping a review on this platform about Mr Price. The following week o received a call from Craig, who is an Area Manager. The guy was sooo helpful and took me through a very good experience. My complaint was resolved amicably. Fast. I paid for the cellphones and my kids are very happy with their handsets. My experience with Craig is worth noting. He is a gentleman and represented the company very well. I've never met him but this was a second occasion that I had to deal with him. My recommendation is that he be sent to H/O and bring all those useless consultants down. They are the ones who misled me, causing unnecessary expenditure. Had I delt with this Craig first time, my complaint would have been resolved without me having to drive 216 km for nothing. Mr Price you need employees like Craig. I thank God I've never met him, otherwise this would look as if I'm praising someone I know. Craig, keep on doing great. You are going places! If there's another company looking for customer champions like you...leave! A thousand words can't be loud enough to show you how grateful I am for your assistance. Thank you!
