A contradictory policy!!!

On 3 September I attended Mr Price retail store at Mall of Africa to return goods. I had the slip and the goods and the security advised I would not be allowed to take my packet into the store, she will bring it to the till and she loitered around and conversed with everyone else until I demanded she goes to my till with my packet with goods I had purchase and proof which was present. I was told by the cashier that people will ***** and put things in the packet however there were other customers who had jusy purchased walking around in the store still shopping with their packet. I cannot understand why my husband and I, pushing a baby in the stroller were targeted with this policy and singled out as compared to their patrons. I still maintain ownership of my goods and I cannot understand why I cannot hold my own goods until I return ok them or even stand in the wueWe were treated like *********. This is disgusting and I refuse to return to this store.
