A 10 Year Price

I had an account with Mr. Price in 2012. I paid it through my laywer and then lost my job in 2020 due to the Pandemic. Now 10 years later it is still reflected on my profile at ITC saying I owe them. 10 YEARS LATER. I AM GOBSMACKED TO SAY THE LEAST.
