I placed an online order on the the 29th, I paid for it but my order was however cancelled with no notification or reason. Upon realizing this o contacted MRP through their WhatsApp chat and I was assisted by Charnee she then told me she cant pick up my order but she will escalate my query which she didnt! Ithen Spoke to Lindo who asked for proof of payment order number and whole of information I gave him but he still didnt escalate! I then spoke to Shivano who was the only one that escalated the issue! I got a resp6no communication in between nothing I then contacted MRP Again!!! I spoke to Courtney who was rude and dismissive on the call and ketone holding for 15min!!!

I demand my refund paid ba k immediately and the *********** team dealt with along with the so called supervisor that never called back like Courtney promised!

I'm angry and fuming because am a regular MRP online shopper!
