I ordered takkies online for my little girls on the28th of April and I only collected my order from Springs mall today the 6th of May to my surprise the shoes are a wrong size, the left 1 is a size 8 and the right one is a size 7 and they are sold out

This is so unacceptable and it’s the second time this is happening, it’s such an inconvenience,

Can you please deliver the right size I need size 6 and come collect the incorrect pair , I refuse to waste my money going around looking for the right pair like I did the last time

This is so unacceptable

The service I received from Chrisna Albrecht manager at Mr Price East Rand mall was impeccable, she offered to bring the correct size of the shoes to the closest store to me which is the Mr Price in Springs CBD, she kept me informed and made sure she sends me a message as well when the shoes were there,
