I just went on my credit score this morning were mr price put me on bad score due to the customer care centre dont communicate with the accounts department. So my balance at mr price is R1400 were my my account is due on 16 th of each month. So by balance is due on the 16th they went and this effect my score. I did not miss payment as my balance is 400 outstanding due for 16th so why is this? These people phone us everyday so how do they get people working there and dont get the house in order. So the customer care centre Rizani drop the call on you and Thabele did not stil today assit me. So how many monies do they want from me as i dont own them. I am up to date. I am very un happy this second time i have been treated like this i got proof of payments and that i am not behind. So how do they work thus out?? I have never been so disappointed in them and there service. They are the worst i made the mistake to open even account with them. On the 16 th of this month May thus 400 will be paid and i will close the account. People please avoid Mr price account at all cost. Rather save purchase good with cash
