6 weeks missing order

I made an online purchase over six weeks ago. The next day after the purchase was made, I called in them to redirect my order to Southgate mall because Diepkloof square has been looted. One of the two packages was actually delivered. Everytime I contact Mr Price I'm told the matter has been escalated with the couriers. I got tired of this matter that I even called the courier company myself only to find the package was in KZN. I called Mr Price to let them know to change the address on their side because the courier can't. They said they did. That was two weeks ago. I'm very tired of doing follow up regarding this matter and Mr Price customer service line is useless. They're not reliable at all. When I called the couriers it was news to them that the delivery matter was escalated. I wouldn't recommend you ask for help from the customer service line or chatting to consultant via their WhatsApp. Nothing gets done.
