5 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO ORDER RECEIVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive placed an order 25 June 2020 online. I selected 4-8 working days delivery for R45. It is 5 weeks later and i still haven't received my order !!!! This is the worst service i have EVER received whilst shopping online. Mr Price is a joke.. And when i call for assistance all i hear is they will get back to me, which never happens. WHERE IS MY ORDER ??? 5 WEEKS LATER ???????
