5.5 weeks waiting for online order!!!!
<p>I placed an online order on 16th November to be delivered to my nearest store (Greenacres Port Elizabeth) and I am STILL waiting for the order! I have followed up with emails as well as visits to the store. no response to the emails, and I simply get told by the staff at greenacres, sorry we are unable to help. I have now had to come to hellopeter to make myself heard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't send the usual response of please send us your details so we can contact you. if you bothered to check and respond to emails you would have all my details. </p>
