I have never in my life been so annoyed by this company, even their complaints department sucks. I made an order and changed the delivery address before order was shipped, I called in 5 times and in the 5 times they confirmed the change. Date of delivery arrives and courier calls me from an incorrect address, I contact them again and they all claim I can’t change address once it is out on delivery. I changed this address 5 times and they confirmed the correct address so where was the issue? My order is stated as delivered, I don’t have the parcel. Don’t bother using the WhatsApp line, you’ll wait in line and never get any form of clarity, they’ll say we’ll get back to you, they never will. Mr price, I don’t know if it’s your hiring critea but this new group is not doing you any justice. I will be closing this account. I’m tired of y’all now/
