360 degree insurance for R47 a month

I cancelled my 360 degree insurance the last week in April when I was in Mr price blue route, the manager let me fill in the form and sign it. I was told it takes 30 days to cancel yet more than 30 days later it is still not cancelled. Everytime I contact Mr price via the webchat none of the agents can assist me. My new statement generates on the 7th which means I will get charged for it again and that is unacceptable. Can this insurance be removed asap
