3 to 5 working days delivery is a ****

I ordered on the 6th of December 2023. Delivery was supposed to happen on the 12th of December. On the 13th, I received an email that said delivered, but nothing was delivered. I called customer service and they said they will call me back. A very unfriendly agent. I called again after an hour another agent said that many enquiries were made on that day, but she will contact them and have them contact me. They called asking if I received my parcel, I said no. Then they checked and sent me an email saying it was a wrong scan. Delivery was scheduled for the 14th, nothing happened. They didn't even send an email or call. I phone them on the 16th and was given a reference number to use should I have to call back on the 19th, because it was a public holiday and weekend. I called back the 19th, the agent assured me that my parcel was not lost and will be delivered. She could not say when exactly. Today is the 20th and still nothing. Christmas is on Monday and according to the agent they don't deliver on weekends.
