3 months no parcel

Hi my name is je schoombie. I bought clothes online from mrp online 26 may. Never received my parcel. After calling them several times. No respons. The customer service had me waitng 20 minutes. While they have me on hold. They said someone will call me back. No one did. So I track my parcel just to see that onthedot has my parcel. After sending an email to them no respons . So its been almost 3 months now. Some suggested I go to the consumerboard.
