2 months and still waiting for my online order!!!!!

2 months, still waiting for my parcel!! They reply after weeks just to tell me that it will be out for delivery and I get made a fool again again and again. I'm so tired of this. I needed my parcel 2 months ago now we're in the new year still nothing. They are partnered with fastway couriers and they are just the same. They give yu false hope just to keep you quiet. They don't call or communicate with you.
