2 corporations,all blame eachother,still no money

On the 24th of April,I went to MR Price at westgate and bought goods for 590 rands. I used card payment option as I dont carry cash with me. The payment took a while and eventually it declined,but did go through on my account. The sales rep told me not to worry because the funds will reverse. We then tried to process the payment again and it declined but the fund were off my account again. I went to the bank to go withdraw the actual funds as I needed the merchandise. I then paid cash and the first payment indeed, reversed, but the second one didn't. The sales rep told me to bring my bank statement and they will reimburse me. Today the 06 of May,I went to Nedbank to get the statement and to my suprise, both card payments did not reflect. I went to MRP anyway and when i got there, i was told that they will not refund me and that I need to go back to Nedbank to check for the missing R590. I then asked them how will they help if the transactions did not reflect on my statement and one of the sales rep said to me \that is not our problem. So I'm now stuck with 2 big companies that misplaced my funds. Im currently loking for a better bank that will be responsible with my money."
